This months cabaret is riddled with fishnet clad stilters, singing candy corn, spandex clad contortionists, not so spandex clad contortionists, eccentric jugglers, a sword swallower, beat boxers and all around burlesquesness.
The Clown Cabaret at the Climate is taking a turn for the sexy this month as we present a show inspired by the burlesque. Directed by Leah Gardner and Felicity Hesed.
This month’s cast includes (but is not limited to):
Frank Olivier – Funny Frank has enjoyed success as a performer in venues from the Tonight Show to on Broadway. The San Francisco Chronicle called him “An endlessly inventive performer who is blessed with not only with astonishing physical dexterity, but better still, with the inner magic of personality, wit, and charm.” Funnyfrank.com
Bronkar Lee – Bronkar is a circus of sound. Check out his mind blowing beat boxing and juggling out at the cabaret or online circusofsound.com. You have to see it to believe it.
Luz – Also performs with Circus Finelli. Luz is performing in this show with Blinky Winky the sweetest, bad mouthed puppet to ever hit the keys. Luz will capture your heart, while her fingers dance over her own (accordion) keys. www.circusfinelli.com/
Elliot and Louise – These contortionists will drop your jaw as they drop in and out of super human positions. Are they actually human?
Natasha Kaluza and Jamie Coventry – These two can turn yxes into sexy.
Mark Wessels – Amazingly talented eccentric musician of Circus Bella. http://www.circusbella.com/
Nick L. Underfoot (aka Steven Olbash) will wow you with his incredible vocal talent. Sven also performs with the group Boylesque.
Lindsay and Larena – Two lovely ladies who will make you love them almost as much as you love to laugh at them. Side show style.
Pi Clowns – Eccentric as always. Producing directing and performing. Pi does it all with new acts and old to delight the body and soul. piclowns.com.
